ICT University offers curricula based on the international
standards. English is known to be the language of Internet
and hence students studying ICT should be very competent
in English. The most important aspect of online education
at Alborz ICT University is the use of new educational technologies
to implement the e-learning paradigm, and making the student

The official language of instruction at Alborz ICT University
is Farsi. This means main stream course material, final
examination papers and the language used in face-to-face
instructions are in Farsi.
The University, however, has adapted a bilingual system
comprising of English and Farsi. Almost all references and

assessment tasks and tutorial questions as well as the language
of online communication is predominately in English. Students
